Step 2: 90-Day Associate Program
Join our 90-day associate program, designed to equip you with essential skills and knowledge. During this program, you’ll delve into the fundamentals of color, master the Joyez signature cut, explore various treatments, and develop foundational styling techniques. Additionally, we’ll work together to set personal and professional goals, ensuring you have a clear path to success as you grow within the Joyez family. This comprehensive training will prepare you to excel in your role and deliver exceptional
results for our clients.
Step 3: Level 1 Stylist
As a Level 1 Stylist, it’s time to start building your client base and showcasing the new skills you’ve acquired. You’ll have the opportunity to demonstrate your expertise in a
supportive and nurturing environment, allowing you to flourish as a professional. Our team will be there to guide you, providing encouragement and resources to help you
